We made this delicious and fresh dessert for Easter. You can definitely impress your guests by making the Lemon Posset. The dessert originates from the UK and goes back a few hundred years ago. Recently it has been trending on Instagram where we spotted it as well. The lemon Posset tastes like the filling of a lemon meringue pie and it’s super easy to make. You can serve the lemon posset in lemon half and have the most aesthetically appealing dessert. We cannot wait to try this with oranges and limes as well!

2 dl cream
0,5 dl lemon juice
¾ dl sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
