Celebrate the summer with this gorgeous Lilac French 75 cocktail (Soixante Quinze). Apparently, the recipe dates back to the 19th century and is called French 75 as it has a similar kick as the French 75mm gun. The recipe requires only a few ingredients and the result is like something you would order from a fancy cocktail bar. This cocktail truly tastes like summer and the lilac syrup gives it a beautiful light pink colour. If you do not have lilac syrup feel free to test any other flavored simple syrup, or a natural one to make the classic French 75 cocktail.
